clean the repository

batmen was originally a fork of batsched, so the repo inherits some outdated files and configs. A good cleaning would be appreciated:

TODOs

• update READMEs
• chase down all the references of batsched and replace them with batmen
• add bullet points in this TODO-list
• remove the unused job orders
• clarify the CLI
