Feature: add easy-bf and fcfs to the list of Dynamic schedulers

Checklist:

  • make the required changes in fcfs.hpp, fcfs.cpp, easy-bf.hpp and easy-bf.cpp
  • add them to the list of Dynamic schedulers in batmen CLI
  • test them in the test suite
